I didn't want to miss an opportunity to share
this article (and the video of the interview is good too) which appeared in the WSJ on Saturday. Holly Finn, author of "The Baby Chase" (and a 42 year old SMC wannabe) talks about being on the other side of the IVF statistics, when IVF does not work.
Having not been through IVF but knowing that feeling of waiting too long and my chances decreasing by the day, I appreicate your putting the link up.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this article. I might just print it off for my family. They go back and forth on their support for me to TTC, and this might really help them understand why I don't want to continue waiting.
ReplyDeleteOne of the girls on my fertility board posted this. It is an amazing article and sums up so much of the experience. I put it on Facebook. It is so worth posting!!
ReplyDeleteGreat article - thank you!
ReplyDeleteAn excellent article. More people need to speak out like she does. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this.
ReplyDeleteGreat article. I would just add one perspective to it if I could. Just because you are young, doesn't mean that you are fertile or that IVF will work. I won't go on a rant about that here though. :)
ReplyDeleteGrweat article, I learnt that keeping the fight with life is the way to succeed.
